We specialize in Basement Waterproofing, Foundation Repair, Crawl Space Encapsulation, and Humidity and Mold Control. The Opportunity

As an General Laborer/Installer you'll be on a team that installs high quality basement waterproofing systems at customer's homes. You'll provide the customer a remarkable experience and solve serious issues in their homes!

Job Summary

Load trucks in preparation for the job site.
Performs installation duties according to company-approved methods, standards and timetables.
Uses safe methods when handling tools and equipment.
Must be able to work in a physically demanding position. Heavy lifting is required consistently throughout the day.
Supports the management and mission of Frank's Basement Systems.

This position is a full-time year round position. This position is paid on an hourly plus bonus basis.

Requirements

Qualifications/Skills

Must have a valid driver's license.
Construction experience highly preferred.
Skill in operating equipment and/or power tools preferred.
Ability to follow direction and specific instructions.
Have strong attention to detail.
Adaptable and able to learn new skills.
Work with integrity.
Must be able to lift 70lbs+.
