Tasks and Qualifications:
Core Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinating Intern will be responsible for:
Support Project Managers with coordination of project related tasks. Align, monitor, and drive to closure project milestones and technical deliverables
Perform project audits to drive consistency of project execution and delivery. Seeking out, implementing, and documenting problem resolutions
Support department continuous improvement opportunities including Project Management tool development and dashboard reporting
Identify supply chain challenges and generate shortage reports
Manage bi-weekly project reporting, and working with Project Managers to collect/present project data
Completing and submitting internal and external status reports
Coordinate AGV Test Track signoff validation prior to shipments
Basic Qualifications:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university
GPA 3.0 or higher
Extensive travel - 90%
Computer skills: MS Office Suite
Excellent communication skills- written and verbal
Ability to work well within in a team environment
Strong organizational skills
Self-starter who will take initiative to identified issues and pursue resolutions
Detail orientated
Quality orientated and customer focus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
