Job Overview
We are looking for dependable and detail oriented housekeeping inspectors to support the functions of our facility and the needs of our customers.
Job Description:
Housekeeping inspectors are responible for inspection guest rooms after they have been cleaned to ensure hotel quality standards are met and amentities have been replenished for next guests use.
To report any issues in rooms, including but not limited to faulty electronics, lights, or plumbing to the maintenance department or housekeeping shift leader.
Inspect condition of furniture for tears, rips, and stains and report damages to shift leaders.
Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness and quality ensuring property standards are met or exceeded.
Informing appropriate personnel when room becomes available for arrivals.
adhere to all company, property, and departmental policies.
May be needed to assist in cleaning rooms.
Qualifications:
Looking for candidates with Marriott experience. (Highly preferred)
Some previous work related skill, knowledge, or experience needed.
Must be detail oriented.
Demonstrated knowledge of housekeeping department policies and procedures.
Leadership skills preferred.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Must be able to follow directions and willingness to learn.
These skills are typically acquired through a minimum of 1 year housekeeping experience.
Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends.
High school diploma preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
