Position Purpose:

The Infrastructure Engineer (IE) is responsible for the deployment, maintenance and monitoring of our enterprise infrastructure and our information systems. The IE will ensure compliance with enterprise standards, achievement of project goals and on-time delivery. Demonstrates Civista Bank's mission to improve the financial lives of our employees and shareholders to make a difference in the communities that we serve.

Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Configure and deploy new software and hardware infrastructure according to enterprise technology standards including managing upgrades to existing infrastructure.
• Ensure the successful deployment of new software while adhering to enterprise standards and defined service level expectations.
• Triage production infrastructure alerts ensuring it is functioning as designed. Escalate critical or recurring issues in a timely manner.
• Provide ongoing IT support for major bank initiatives meeting and/or exceeding deadline expectations.
• Actively participate in our learning culture by continuously educating oneself, sharing knowledge, raising questions and engage in dialogue.
• All other duties as assigned and any activities that support the key accountabilities.

Requirements:

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Familiarity with Active Directory Group Policy, Patch and Vulnerability Management, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Power Shell and Scripting
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 5 years' experience in IT with 2 years of System Administration and/or engineering role.
• Certification in Network +, VMCA, MCITP preferred
• Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High level of confidentiality required.
• Solid oral and written communication skills essential.
• Ability to prioritize in a constantly evolving environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Work involves eye strain due to the constant use of computer screens, reading of reports and so forth.
• Work requires on-call responsibilities
• Work may involve lifting and moving equipment of up to 15 lbs.
• Work involves some travel to attend meetings, training, and so forth.
