General Scope: To prepare, prime and paint materials and machines.

Position Summary:

• Will operate HVLP spray guns.
• Have knowledge of mixing and spraying enamels, epoxies and urethanes.
• Keeps all spray guns, equipment, Paint booths and shop areas clean.
• Prepare machines and materials for painting.
• Will operate forklifts.
• Have knowledge of rebuilding, tearing down and cleaning paint equipment.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education: One year certificate from college or technical school; or one year or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in spray painting.

Knowledge: Incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

• Knowledge of Paints - urethanes, epoxies and enamels.
