We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with electrical skills for its envelope manufacturing facility in Kent, WA.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Summary
Under minimal supervision and with great expertise perform installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems on manufacturing and ancillary equipment includes performing rebuilds and other complex echanical/electrical/troubleshooting. Provide project support, and complete preventive and predictive maintenance on all plant/production equipment. Other duties as assigned/required.
Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities & Daily Duties:
Work from prints and plans to repair, maintain and install equipment.
Install electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies.
Assist employees with repairs and diagnosis of equipment problems.
Work with machine shop equipment including, but not limited to, mill, lathe, drill press, welding, and cutting equipment.
Troubleshoot, install and repair pneumatic, hydraulic components.
Troubleshoots 480VAC 3 phase motor control circuits.
Troubleshoots industrial control circuits
Modifies circuits in industrial machines and systems.
Troubleshoots PLC systems.
Installs control systems for rebuilds or new systems.
Installs and testing Ethernet networks.
Troubleshoots and installing VFD motor controls.
Disassembles defective electrical equipment, replaces defective or worn parts, and reassembles equipment.
Responsible for replacing all fuses, light sockets, bulbs and switches.
Follows all safety rules and procedures and observes the operations to ensure a safe environment.
Performs other related duties as assigned/required.
Industrial Maintenance Technician Requirements & Qualifications
Mon-Fri with Sat. required during busy season/based on business needs
Travel is required when needed
The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent / Mathematical skills.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the electronic diagnostics of PLCs, AC/DC drive systems, various types of computer operated control circuitry that includes working with voltages up to 480VAC.
Ability to perform a volume of complex mechanical and electrical detail work with speed and accuracy including solid troubleshooting skills.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written/oral, and diagram or schedule form.
Full and complete understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity and PLC troubleshooting.
Skilled in configuration and calibration of a wide variety of sensors
Industry related experience, electrical knowledge required.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Assists with shift coverage as needed.
Industrial Maintenance Technician Physical Requirements & Environment: -
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.
The employee is occasionally exposed to ink, dust, loud noise, risk of electrical shock and vibration.
Requires frequent standing, walking, carrying, bending, stooping, grasping, and reaching.
Ability to perform a volume of mechanical and electrical work with speed and accuracy; manual dexterity.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., carry 50 lbs., push 100 lbs., pull 75 lbs.
Exposure to noise; must wear hearing protection and safety shoes.
