Job Responsibilities: Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as, Electric Motors, Hydraulic Pumps / Valves, Pneumatic / Hydraulic cylinders, Cranes, Automatic Saws, Conveyor / Belt systems and related repair equipment such as Welders, Oxy-Fuel Torches, Drill Presses, Machine Tools, Power Tools and a full range of Hand Tools. Performs mechanical troubleshooting and repair of machinery Repairs and replaces defective parts, lubricates and cleans parts Performs and lockout/tagout procedures according to company policy Installs and assists with new and replacement equipment Performs preventative maintenance with regular inspection Requirements: Minimum of 2 years work experience in Industrial Maintenance position Electro Mechanical certification preferred Solid understanding/knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, combustion, mechanical, metal fabrication and electrical maintenance as well as preventive maintenance. Motor controllers troubleshooting experience required and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) preferred Excellent communication and interaction skills for dealing with operators, shift leader, maintenance colleagues, management, vendors and partners. Excellent understanding of Housekeeping and HES principles, as well as OSHA knowledge as it pertains to Lock Out Tag Out, Confined Space entry, and other regulations associated with the job duties.
