Qualifications:

Experience operating a telehandler/off-road forklift.
Experience with rigging straps, chains, ropes to secure loads.
Experience operating and maintaining compressors.
Experience operating and maintaining generators.
Experience operating and maintaining needle scalers, basic hand tools, grinders, various saws, one horse power two man drills.
Experience operating and maintaining chainsaws.
Experience working at Barbours Cut/Bayport Container Terminals.
Comfortable working over and around water.
Comfortable working at various heights.
Ability to work in adverse conditions.
Ability to lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening.
Ability to drive and safely operate heavy duty pickup trucks and trailers.
Ability to navigate based on GPS or printed maps.
Ability to complete assigned tasks quickly and efficiently.
Ability to follow basic directions.
