Description:

• The candidate will be responsible for the safety, quality, and profitability of projects in the $1M to $30M range.
• This role will be expected to schedule crews to meet the customer's schedule and work with subcontractors as needed to handle workflow.
• The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of the construction process, estimating, and scheduling of projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-15 years of experience supervising and leading Industrial projects

• Experience managing multiple project simultaneously

• History of profitability in prior project management positions

• Exceptional leadership and management skills

• Highly refined leadership in construction safety

• Experience in the development of budget and proposal estimates

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience working with one or more of the following construction types:

• Automotive
• Food & Beverage
• Pharmaceutical
• Power & Energy
• Petrochemical
• Metals and/or Refining

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
