Job Overview
CorTech International is currently looking to hire a Industrial cleaner and dock worker in Peterborough, Ont.
We are currently hiring 10 part-time workers at $17.34/Hr to work nights
Schedule will vary:
Monday to Thursday: minimum 2 shifts from 11pm to 6am
Weekend work is Friday or Saturday night 10 to 12 hour shift (start time depends on production schedule)
Job Description:
-Clean and change filters in the paint operations area (paint booths, paint ovens, fixture change outs, track/carrier greasing, etc.)
-Work in confined spaces, climb on and off equipment
-Remove paint build up from paint booths & tunnels
-Clean windows, mop floors, collect garbage
-Must wear proper PPE: retrieval harness, steel toe footwear (CSA Green patch), safety glasses, etc.
-Perform repetitive tasks
-To work in Paint Booths on a night shift schedule and able to work weekends
-To be able to follow instructions and all safety policies Other duties as assigned
Requirements
-No experience required - on the job training provided.
-Cleaning experience (Janitor/custodian)
-Must be able to perform all functions including lifting up to 60 lbs.
