Customer Service Representative
As OKIN Process's CSR, you will be an advocate for the client and focus on solving customer's needs. You can be proud to support telecommunication solutions for First responders, Federal and Local infrastructure and other important clients when working for OKIN. You will fulfill customer requirements to ensure exceptional service standards and great customer experience. You will help us to continue a positive and friendly environment for all employees, ensuring you, your team and the customers feel comfortable.
Responsibilities:
The role requires a problem-solving personality and excellent communication skills, resilience to stress, reliability, and attention to detail. You will provide outstanding customer experience while delivering services and solutions. You will also be responsible equipment orders, general account maintenance, tier one troubleshooting and billing research.
Duties include:
Processing client requests and managing a high volume of incoming calls.
Problem-solving.
Verify and maintain customer account information.
Seek to understand customer needs and takes ownership of customer satisfaction.
Sets and manages expectations with customer.
Follow through on commitments to customers.
Educate customers on products and self-service tools.
Pleasant courteous and professional when deescalating difficult customers.
Requirements
Active listener and driven to resolving customer needs.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Able to work based on operating procedures and utilizing multiple tools.
Familiar with basic troubleshooting processes.
Actively seeks out new learning opportunities/ resources at work.
Experience in the Customer Service Field is a requirement - 1 year of call center experience.
Problem-solving and goal-oriented personality, reliability, and attention to detail.
Ability to operate in multiple applications.
High School graduate, Associate or Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
Schedule: 8-hour shift, 6:00am - 8:30pm, Monday - Saturday
Salary: $16.00 per hour, $16.50 after successful completion of probationary period, and earn up to $400 performance bonuses per month.
Benefit eligibility: 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.
