Pure Air Control Services, a national IAQ company located in Clearwater, FL, part of a Publicly Traded Company, is looking for several Indoor Air Quality Duct Cleaning AHU Refurbishment and Mold Remediation Technicians.

DESCRIPTION:

Performs high quality mold mitigation and HVAC cleaning, ductwork cleaning disinfecting, restoration, and sanitizing meeting corporate QA/QC guidelines

Supports Field Remediation Supervisor in performing their duties.

Adheres to industry standard protocol for department.

Performs equipment maintenance

Performs HVAC Remediation

Performs Duct Cleaning

Performs Microbial Mitigation

Performs decontamination

Performs Installation of air purification systems

Performs all Contractual services for local and non-local clients utilizing company provided vehicles

Interfaces with and helps support Building Sciences workers.

Company training and passing grade for Applicator training (various restoration products)

Read, be familiar with and adhere to the PACS Employee Handbook and Customer Service Guide

Read, be familiar with and adhere to the OSHA Policy and any Health and Safety Manuals/Training

Key responsibilities

This position is responsible for performing all facets of HVAC remediation, duct cleaning and microbial mitigation.

Position should be dependent on the Field Remediation Supervisor regarding day-to-day operations

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must be local to the Tampa Bay region as weekly travel begins from Clearwater, FL each Monday morning.

This position requires travel throughout the United States in a company provided crew vehicle.

Must be able to pass a federal background check and drug screen

Travel as high as 100%

This position will require the ability to assume additional responsibilities as the firm continues to grow or as needed by the immediate supervisor.
