Job Description
The Automotive Used Car Technician will perform vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing oil and filters, rotating tires, replacing cabin or air filters, replacing bulbs and changing wiper blades.
Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes and fluid levels.
Communicate appropriate customer vehicle maintenance recommendations to the service advisor.
Ensures customers vehicle is kept clean.
Coordinate routine maintenance and cleaning of courtesy vehicle.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications needed:
Valid WA state drivers license.
Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
A team player who is focused on exemplary customer service.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test and valid driver license.
Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles, including the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
