HW Tech Methodologies Engineering Project Manager Santa Clara Valley (Cupertino),California,United States Hardware + 5+ years of SoC and/or product development experience. + 3+ years of project management experience with examples of successful methodologies identification, development, and implementation + Experience creating or using productivity tools + Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles + Can rapidly get up to speed with new technology and ideas + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Great active listening skills + Proven creative and critical thinking capabilities + Equally comfortable in big-picture strategy and deep technical discussions + Can work collaboratively and multi-functionally throughout the entire organization + Able to influence others without authority and build trust with other teams Description In this role, you will identify, develop, and implement new methodologies that support SoC development. Typical responsibilities will include: - Engage numerous functions across the HW Tech organization to see opportunities to improve SoC development - Develop methodologies proposals - Work with all partners to refine methodology proposals to add maximal value with minimal overhead - Implement new methodologies, obtaining stakeholder buy-in to ensure a successful deployment - Maintain methodologies once in service to ensure their continued use and acceptable level of quality - Undergo continuous improvement of new methodologies implemented and pre-existing methodologies - Facilitate decision making with relevant stakeholders and drive all open items to closure - Identify risks, generate mitigation plans, and ensure appropriate steps are taken to resolve - Track outstanding actions required to achieve desired timelines - Facilitate communication and collaboration needed to progress methodology development - Communicate status across different multi-functional groups and management levels, as appropriate - from individual contributors to executive management Education & Experience - BSEE degree or equivalent required - Experience in scripting (eg.
