Hassler Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team.
Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Location: El Cerrito, CA
Pay: $25 - $45/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with some weekends and overtime as needed to meet business needs
Position Type: Full-time
HVAC Technician Position Summary:
The HVAC Technician's role is to provide excellent customer service while providing maintenance and repairs on various residential and light commercial air conditioning and heating systems.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
1+ year of HVAC experience
Must have a valid EPA certification
Ability to measure ductwork and install all equipment and accessories
Test and braze line sets, evacuate and charge systems
Ability to complete simple low and high voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners
Must be able to lift 100lbs
Comfortable working from ladders that are 28' and possibly higher
Excellent customer service skills
Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
