What you'll do:
-Remove/install HVAC parts and products
-Diagnose HVAC systems
-Build accurate repair quotes
-Educate customers on HVAC parts and products when necessary
-Perform routine maintenance
-Train junior team members
-Communicate with clients and customers
-Understand and adhere to local HVAC codes
-Various tasks assigned by all managers and subject to change based on company needs

-Are EPA certified or willing to become certified immediately
-Committed perpetual learner
-Motivated, driven self-starter capable of working alone and in a team environment
-Have the ability to create relationships centered around teamwork, trust and mutual respect among
-Always exhibit a positive attitude.
-Have good communication skills.
-Are willing to improve learn the latest technology
- 2+ years of progressive HVAC diagnostic experience in a residential setting.
