A T&G HVAC Replacement Specialist
Guides our residential customers in their home, with HVAC replacement options while being an expert in the Lennox brand
Runs calls from 9 am- 6 pm to meet our customers' needs
Sells a minimum of 1.7 Million per year and has a 50% close rate
Has a drive and passion for sales along with the integrity to treat our customers with 5-star service
What does it take?
Previous experience in customer-facing sales
Must be able to show a previous high-level closing rate
Ability to work a flexible, varying schedule, including some nights and Saturdays
Must be able to pass a drug and background test, has a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability and willingness to work a 100$ commissioned role
