If you are a Project Manager with experience, please read on! A well-established mechanical engineering / construction company based in San Jose is looking for a Project Executive. If you have more than 5 years of experience in project management for HVAC and/or plumbing projects and are looking for more challenge, this role is for you.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be responsible for day to day operations of projects such as estimating, conceptual designing, proposal writing, presentations, and contract negotiations and reviews, by collaborating and working closely with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other internal teams including Engineering, Purchasing, and Accounting. You will also be responsible for ensuring the project meets its schedule and profitability goals.

What You Need for this Position
Must Have
- At least 5 years of project management experience for HVAC and/or plumbing projects ranging from $50,000 to $25+ million
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- PE license
- MBA or masters level educational degree
