This role will plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate assigned engineering work by performing the work personally or in conjunction with project team members. The Project Engineer will also monitor work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices, and company policies and procedures while responsible and accountable for communication, coordination and completion of project within specific timeline and budget. What you will do: Responsible for overall customer satisfaction by ensuring what was sold is communicated and fulfilled. Serve as the liaison between the customer, sales team and factories. Determine project timelines, ship dates and project costs. Troubleshoot customer requests and changes to initial project scope of work. Responsible for process of job costing to invoicing. Assist the sales team with technical expertise in the selection/application of standard or modified products. Create professional, high grade sales proposals from RFP/RFI from clients Provide prompt, accurate responses to sales inquiries regarding special applications, systems or pricing Interface with sales team for technical solutions and use energy analyzer for efficiency review. Coordinate Product Sales Manager and Application Engineering efforts to provide pre-sales support for all factories. Keep current on new products by attending technical and sales meeting. Process and execute orders for standard products and/or products requiring modifications not covered by published pricing. Manage the after the sales process for shipping, customer and warranty issues. May do estimating of projects. Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must have: Bachelor's Degree (Technical, Scientific or Engineering) or equivalent training and experience. Proficient experience using Microsoft Office suite.
