The Seer Group is looking for experienced HVAC Installers to join our team.
Job Title: HVAC Installer
Location: Seattle, WA and Tacoma, WA
Pay: $30 - $40+/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with overtime as needed to meet business needs

HVAC Installer Position Summary:
The HVAC Installer is responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high quality and timely job performance.
Required knowledge, skills, and experience:
1yr + HVAC installation experience in the field
Valid EAP Certification
Proficient in furnace installation
Able to measure ductwork and install all equipment accessories
Can complete simple low voltage and high voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners
Test line sets evacuate and charge systems
Knowledge of HVAC parts and their functions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Physically capable of performing duties that include standing for long periods, walking, and climbing ladders
Excellent attention to detail
Basic Math skills
Must be able to meet short deadlines with the ability to work variable hours when a project requires
