The HVAC Field Sheet Metal Mechanic will have two years' experience. The HVAC Field Sheet Metal Mechanic will provide support to the Rogers Mechanical Contractors, LLC (RMC) Project Manager by ensuring continuity and efficiency while meeting projects' timelines. Responsible for the coordination of ordering, installation, and quality of all his/her assigned HVAC projects. The HVAC Field Sheet Metal Mechanic handles multiple projects within a fast-paced environment efficiently multitasking in a changing environment. Responsible for maintaining an open, positive, and professional line of communication with customers, vendors, general contractors, internal customers, and trade partners.

Requirements:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (LIST IS NOT INCLUSIVE)

• Manage and schedule installation of HVAC material and equipment;
• Assist with start-ups and testing of systems;
• Maintain open and positive communication with Trade Partners.
• Assist with Sub-contractors, ensure work done meets contract and company requirements.
• Keep up to date with all RMC Policy and Procedures, industry standards and government regulations.
• Ensure work site is compliant with OSHA and RMC Safety protocols.
• Be available on the weekends via telephone and after hours, as well as weekends for emergencies.
• Directly reports to Project Manager.
