Plus, we have a great work environment that people want to be a part of! n n A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC DELIVERY DRIVER / INVENTORY COORDINATOR n As an HVAC Delivery Driver / Inventory Coordinator, you ensure our technicians and installers have all the tools they need to complete quality work! Every day, you arrive promptly to load your truck up with the parts and equipment needed for the day's services. You maintain accurate material order sheets for every item that leaves our shop as well as thoroughly complete paperwork for warranty parts. After loading all the necessary gear, you then deliver it to the field personnel and assist with placing the materials around the job site. As you make your deliveries, you make note of any vehicular issues or technician difficulties and immediately report them to the service manager. n When you finish delivering parts, you also assist the warehouse crew with maintaining and organizing our inventory. You receive new part deliveries as well as pick up vendor orders, accurately marking items with the correct job name and staging them in appropriate areas. Attentive to detail, you perform monthly inventory counts and proactively order necessary parts and equipment. Additionally, you help keep the warehouse clean and orderly by picking up trash and returning all equipment to its rightful spot.
