About the role Graham is currently looking for a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager for our Maintenance division. This position will be responsible for the safety, health, environmental protection affecting our employees, projects, and clients within the Northeast US region. Assists the business to meet regulatory requirements relating to specific HSE obligations e.g., trained HSE professionals in business/projects, officer duties, statutory reporting etc. As an HSE Senior Specialist at Graham, you will: Under minimal direction supervises personnel engaged in the HSE functions within the company or on the same project. Implements policies and procedures to assure awareness of and compliance with HSE requirements of the organization. Supervises personnel engaged in monitoring and preventing hazards and diseases that could be present throughout the work sites. Provides technical leadership and functional guidance to ensure regulatory standards are being enforced. Ensures that quality control procedures are executed to monitor all aspects of regulations. Serves in a liaison capacity with the resident contract agency representative and other various agencies engaged in promoting environmental safety and health activities. Drafts all necessary reports to Federal, State and local agencies. Coordinates audits of HSE programs within the organization. Keeps informed on all existing and proposed changes in occupational health and safety regulations. Assists in the development and conducts basic HSE training to employees. Communicates programs to enhance employee awareness of prevention and compliance. May administer an HSE program on a large, specialized, complex project or multiple projects." Qualifications & Experience BA/BS +5 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Experience in HSE roles in Oil & Gas or Industrial Maintenance Industry Must be willing to be onsite at Client location Available to work night shift. Due to the nature of the work, US Citizen and/or Permanent Resident is required Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check Physically able, with or without an accommodation, to work in indoor and outdoor environments with uneven terrain. Variable environmental conditions include heat, dusts, noise, and chemicals.
