Job Overview
Summary:
Daily tasks by the Regulatory Coordinator include distribution of notices, completing forms from agency online platforms, team collaboration, and other tasks as assigned. This including working with tools such AFMSS, OCD online, RRC online, Microsoft apps, and other various tools. The role requires that the individual be a team player.
Required Qualifications:
â 2-4+ years' experience in Regulatory
â Experience with excel, adobe, word, TEAMS, and PowerPoin
â Experience submitting various forms to gov't agency
â Experience discussing issues and bringing solutions to the table
â Experience coordinating with multiple project teams
â Communication across multiple end users/stakeholders/ team player
Preferred Qualifications:
â Experience submitting drilling permits, completions, and Regulatory knowledge in NM &/or TX
Responsibilities:
â Review notices received and deliver to accountable department
â Complete Wellview reviews
â Check W-15s for accuracy
â Complete and submit completion reports to the required agency
â Upload logs to the agency database
â Attend meetings and provide input or direction
â Must be able to handle multiple teams and active drilling / completion schedule
