Job Overview
This full-time housekeeping and laundry position works full-time days, approximately 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday, a total of 40 hours per week. Every 4th weekend 7am-3:30pm (in those 2-week pay periods you will work 2 less workdays). The shift start and end times have some flexibility.
This position is part of a holiday rotation and may be scheduled 2-3 minor or major holidays per calendar year (with special holiday pay).
Housekeepers start at $14/hour with adjustments for previous experience. We do annual raises based on budget capacity, and you also have the opportunity for a discretionary bonus at your anniversary.
We also offer a hiring bonus of $2,000 to be paid in increments over your first 18 months of employment.

The rehabilitation process from a brain injury or other neurological condition is a 24/7 job for each person served, and Housekeeping Techs and the rest of our Facilities team ensure a clean and safe environment for them along the way.

What do Housekeeping Technicians at On With Life do?
The Housekeeping Technician provides a full range of housekeeper services to ensure a clean and safe environment for our persons served to heal and rehabilitate in, including:
cleaning, disinfecting, and trash removal in activity areas, person served rooms, and offices
sweeping, mopping and dusting as needed
assisting with Laundry Services as needed
An excellent candidate for this Housekeeping position meets the following criteria:
