Who We are Looking For We are looking for passionate, detail-oriented professionals to grow their career with the most iconic brand in the industry. As a Gold's Gym Housekeeping Team Member, you will be a vital component for ensuring our facilities are clean and crisp to provide the best member experience possible. The Housekeeping Team Member will be responsible for any combination of cleaning duties on the gym floor, locker rooms and offices. This role will report directly to the Member Experience Manager. Key Responsibilities: Deep cleans all fitness equipment Cleans all areas of bathrooms/locker rooms including tile, toilets, showers, walls, sinks, mirrors/glass, lockers, floors, and benches Dusts furniture, fixtures, and doors daily Sweeps, mops, buffs floors of lobby and locker room Maintains and organizes mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners, and other equipment/supplies in storage areas Cleans both outside and inside glass surfaces Empties trash receptacles daily Sweeps and mops floors/stairwells/staircases Cleans debris and vacuums carpets and floors as needed Changes light bulbs as necessary Cleans the management office daily Replaces or adds required supplies in locker rooms such as body/hand soap, toilet paper, towels, hand sanitizer, and other amenities based on club needs Stocks carts with linens and supplies and organizes cart as required Cleans vacuum cleaner bags or canister daily Reports maintenance problems in an accurate and timely matter Any other duties as assigned What We Are Looking For: At least three (3) months experience in housekeeping or janitorial services and three (3) months customer service experience desired; experience in hospitality or health clubs is a plus High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Must have excellent organization, interpersonal and time management skills Must have proven ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously Must be able to collaborate and work as part of a team in a professional manner Why Us?
