Local company hiring for a Housekeeping Manager at a choice of some of Austin s best hotels, including the JW Marriott, Westin, Marriott Downtown, The Otis Hotel, Aloft, Moxy, or other award-winning hotels. This hands-on leadership role oversees laundry and housekeeping operations, two of the largest departments in the hotel.

What you'll do and what you'll bring

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

An interest in training and developing future housekeeping leaders
Excellent communication, listening skills, and a great eye for detail
The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation
Ability to creatively problem solve and deliver results
