Job Requirements

ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital offers a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services in southern Michigan and Ohio. A national leader in treatment of heart attack, congestive heart failure, pneumonia and surgical care, ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital is also a pacesetter in Michigan for obstetrics, emergency care, intensive care, controlling infections and organ donation.

As an Environmental Services Technician, you will perform a variety of general cleaning tasks including but not limited to patient rooms, offices, hallways and other assigned areas of the hospital. You will also be responsible for lifting, moving, and relocating furniture, furnishings, equipment, etc.

Requires attention to detail, ability to follow written and verbal directions and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred experience in similar position(s)

Can operate power equipment

Can frequently lift, carry, pull or push up to 50lbs

Frequently stands and walks for prolonged periods, as well as reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and crouching
