Job Overview
Residences at West Hills Country Club offers One, Two, and Three Bedroom Luxury Apartments with resort-style amenities. Our elegant apartments feature spacious layouts, luxurious finishes, and private balconies with amazing views. Our indoor luxuries include a Movie Theater, Wellness Studio, Fitness Center, Golf Simulator, Billiards and Rentable Clubhouse complete with a Kitchen and Small Event Space.
Job Overview:
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, complete cleaning of the buildings common areas, amenity spaces and apartments.
Essential Job Functions:
Inspects and Cleans daily all of the Buildings Spaces, Common Areas, Amenities, Lobbys, Bathrooms, Exterior Spaces and Vacant/Corporate Apartments
Clean Apartment Turnovers and report damaged items.
All touch spaces must be cleaned and sanitized daily, the sanitizing checklist must be followed, this includes but is not limited to door handles, Elevator Buttons, Sanitizing Station Push Bars, All gym equipment, bathroom fixture handles, shopping cart handles and the Package Concierge screen.
Each of the Buildings Lobby's must be cleaned three times weekly.
Corridors must be cleaned twice weekly
Stairwells must be cleaned weekly and as needed
Gym and fitness equipment must be cleaned twice daily
Must inventory cleaning supplies weekly and notify immediate supervisor when supply is low
Qualifications of the Position:
High School Diploma or a Degree Equivalent
Applicant must possess a professional manner and image.
Physical Requirements of the Position:
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.
Must be able to walk around the building for long periods of time.
Must be able to exert well-paced mobility in limited space.
Must have the ability to bend, squat and lift up to 50 lbs on a regular and continuing basis.
Understand and respond to employee and guest verbal requests and visual cues in a sometimes loud and extremely busy environment.
Education Requirements:
A minimum of a High School diploma is required.
