Guardian Management has an immediate need for a Full-Time Housekeeper to join our experienced and committed team at Alpine Ridge!
Alpine Ridge is a 60-unit Senior Independent Living Community in Mount Vernon, WA. The primary purpose of this position is to clean facility common areas and resident apartments according to schedule.
For this position, we are seeking a dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast-paced and hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional and communicative. Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.

Essential Functions:

• Represent Guardian in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Accurately record time worked, adhere to time keeping guidelines, obtain approval for any overtime and coordinate your schedule with your supervisor to account for company training and to avoid overtime.
• Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships between departments and with coworkers.
• Constantly strive for improvements in work process and results to better meet resident needs, ownership goals and objectives, and company standards and expectations.
• Clean facility common areas according to schedule, including but not limited to the following responsibilities: Vacuuming carpets and spot cleaning as needed; Mopping floors; Cleaning ceilings and walls; Dusting furniture, shelves, light fixtures and other surfaces; Cleaning restrooms, including sinks, toilets, counters, and floors; Removing trash; Cleaning windows as directed; Deep clean facility common areas according to schedule.
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director or Executive Director.
