JCLicht is searching for a motivated and experienced customer service manager to lead our home fashions customer service department. Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to our clients by developing and overseeing customer service procedures, policies, and KPI's that support our goals. This individual will oversee order procurement, warranty claims, service technicians, as well as our call center team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Supervise day-to-day operations in each of our customer service areas
Develop KPI's supporting overall customer satisfaction and meet those goals on an ongoing basis.
Hire, train and coach new customer service representatives as well as develop existing team members
Manage cases to ensure that each customer receives premium care in an urgent manner
Oversee the accurate and efficient workflow of all custom orders
Ensure that each customer is kept apprised as to the disposition of their order throughout the buying experience
Set schedules for staff members to best suit the department and company needs
Resolve any escalated conflict resolution situations
Review all custom orders for accuracy of order entry and product specifications
Oversee timely and accurate remake/repair orders until each customer is 100% satisfied
Communicate with vendors ensuring they are providing optimum quality control and turn times
Requirements:Experience working with service-related products within the home improvement/home furnishing industry a plus
At least 5 years of experience in leading a team of customer service and/or call center
Understanding of case management in various CRM and ERP platforms.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Expert in conflict resolution
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent a plus
