The Kansas City Steak, a National Beef Company, is hiring friendly professionals for seasonal customer service positions. If you are a "people person," we want to talk to you! Multiple full-time and part-time, day and evening shift Customer Service positions are now available at our inbound call center. What will you do? Help people check off their holiday list as you provide web site support, process customer orders, up-sell appropriate offers, and resolve customer service issues / complaints by offering solutions while remaining composed and objective.

Seasonal Customer Service Representatives will receive a base pay rate of $18.00 per hour

• Weekly Perfect Attendance Bonus of an additional $2.00 per hour
• End of season Perfect Attendance bonus!

Call center experience is preferred.

Seasonal Customer Service responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Handle inbound calls, providing optimal customer experience using all resources to ensure single contact resolution
• Assist customers with order issues and resolve in a quick, efficient manner while delivering exemplary service
• Provide customer assistance with web orders
• Other duties as assigned

Qualified Candidates for the Seasonal Customer Service Position should possess the following:

• Computer proficient, with a strong practical skill level of data entry software
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule including some weekends and holidays. Possible overtime during December peak season
• Strong desire and passion to help and serve others
• High level of confidence, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to p rovide order support, solutions & additional product information
• Ability to build relationships with customers and co-workers
