Job Overview
Rocky Mountain Auto Works is actively looking for a self-motivated person to join our growing team.
This position is multi-faceted and is perfect for someone who loves the challenge of successfully managing multiple goals simultaneously.
You would be our company's customer facing representative, focusing on sales, customer service and appointment dispatch and coordination. Our amazing customers include retail customers, car dealers, small businesses, and government agencies.
What You'll Be Doing:
You will be educating customers about our products and services, booking appointments and coordinating with the team, so that the ultimate result is a successful customer experience.
You must be a confident communicator via email, phone, text, and social media posting.
You must be able to multi-manage tasks well and under pressure.
You will be coordinating with our install teams before, during and after appointments to make sure appointments are not over or under booked.
Make sure customers needs are met, and we keep them happy
As a service advisor, you will keep track of projects starting, in progress and coming to completion.
Be comfortable working with Google Calendar, a payment terminal, a bar code scanner and processing jobs through our digital form on a computer and tablet.
Candidates must take pride in your work, have solid work ethics, a positive attitude and be a team player. We are growing and want you to know that you are a part of our growth.
Salary is based on experience and performance. We will reevaluate your job performance regularly, with a potential increase in pay. We also offer health care benefits and paid time off.
