Job Description:

• Serve as a liaison between Customer Service Representatives CSRs), management and other various departments.
• Resolve customer inquiries via telephone and written correspondence in a timely and appropriate manner.

Main Position Details:

Start: 11/14

Pay: $24.00/Hour

Training: Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm. 30 days in length and will be onsite. Will transition to working from home after training. Will need to report to office once a week.

Location: N Priest & the 202. Remote after training.

Schedule: Must be will to be assigned an 8-Hour schedule Monday - Friday between the hours of 6:00am - 9:00pm.

All Equipment will be provided for the position once remote

Qualifications:

• 1.5+ years' experience as a Customer Service Representative or previous call center, healthcare, or insurance experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, or insurance environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates' degree or equivalent 2 years higher education and/or work experience in claims processing, billing, or coding experience preferred.
• Expert in understanding the working of a call center environment.
• Expert in customer service, & verbal communication over the phone.
