It is with great pride that JRayl Transport Inc. has been approved to offer this National Program to our Military Veterans. We thank our Veterans for their sacrifice and service to our great country!
JRayl Transport has partnered with our VA to offer Military Veteran's a chance to start the next chapter in their lives as a Commercial Truck Driver. While enrolled in the Apprenticeship Program, Veterans can earn up to, depending on the area, $1,704 of additional pay through the monthly VA educational program benefit from their GI Bill ON TOP of their weekly JRayl payroll check.
About our National Apprenticeship for U.S. Military Veterans:
JRayl's PAID Six-Week Finishing Program offers Veterans that have recently been awarded their Class A CDL, no restrictions, a start on their journey into the transportation industry. JRayl's Finishing Program gives each new/returning CDL holder the opportunity to further their career and provide valuable safety habits that will stay with the drivers for their entire driving career. We offer the road knowledge necessary to be successful in the transportation industry and at JRayl. We want the opportunity to help our Military Veteran's with a seamless transition from your Military Service to CDL school and into the transportation industry.
JRayl's training program is tailored to the individual. The goal of the program is to develop safe and successful drivers. The skills gained in the training program include:
Maneuverability
Defensive Driving
Planning Routes
Map Reading
E-Log Training
Customer Service Principles
