Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college
• Minimum of five years' highway design project management experience
• Professional Engineering Licensure in the location of practice
• Kansas or Oklahoma DOT design project experience preferred.
• Familiarity with current Kansas or Oklahoma DOT standards and practices
• Familiarity with Bentley Products, including Microstation and OpenRoads
