PEC's Transportation team provides a multitude of services including transportation planning, roadway and bridge design, traffic engineering and construction administration. This position requires 5 or more years of recent experience with DOT roadway design and can perform and direct design tasks with minimal supervision. Qualifications and Skills:
- Licensed PE in the state of Kansas or Oklahoma
- 5+ years of experience in transportation design
- Efficient time management and effective verbal and written communications
- Extensive knowledge of current highway design criteria
- Familiarity with current DOT standards and preferred practices in Kansas or Oklahoma
- Proficient in the use of Bentley Products, including MicroStation and OpenRoads preferred. Civil 3D will be considered
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
