Job Description: Squeegee Squad Gwinnett GA a premier provider of residential, commercial and high rise building services dedicated to delivering window cleaning, pressure washing beyond expectations. We are seeking a High Rise Window Cleaner to join our Team in Gwinnett GA. Job Description: This individual is assigned to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the a building while raised in an aerial lift stationed next to building or while suspended from roof of building in harness equipped bosun chair. Responsible for: Follow safety policies and procedures and maintain safe work habits at all times. Maintain a respectful and courteous demeanor. Accept additional duties as necessary in a cooperative manner. Job Requirements, Knowledge and Skills: Ability to stand, lift, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time. Physical strength capable of lifting 45 lbs. Ability to read and comprehend labels and written instructions. Ability to communicate. Must have experience. Must not be afraid of Heights High School degree or equivalent preferred. Must have a clean Driver's license Able to pass a drug test. Must have knowledge of the use of scaffolding, methods of rappelling and abseiling, tying and maintaining ropes. Hours / Lifestyle: High Rise window washers only work in daylight, but must be able to travel when needed. Base Salary: Paid Bi-Weekly. Your performance will be reviewed in 90 days after the start date to determine a possible increase to the actual hourly rate.
