High Profile Security Guards
Provide a high level of customer service in a challenging and dynamic work environment
Monitor site visitors to ensure safety and access in accordance with site policies and procedures
Respond professionally to site emergencies (medical emergencies or other urgent matters)
Prevent theft, violence or infraction of rules and regulations
Prepare and maintain professional and effective reports regarding the activities, security violations and hazardous occurrence on site
Have an understanding and empathy for those with mental health issues and addictions
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including report writing.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, professional demeanor and deportment
Ability to solve problems, make decisions and respond to emergencies under pressure
Discretion when handling confidential and private information
Physical ability to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to pass a security clearance and obtain a security license (a valid security license is considered an asset)
High school diploma or equivalent

General Security Guards work in a variety of different settings. This job may be physically demanding due to the size of the buildings. In additon to this, our High Profile Security Guards work closely with the vulnerable population, gaining insight and experiance in the portective services field. This job requires applicants to be able to work both day and overnight shift rotations.
