- Participate in Pre-Tour Safety Meetings, Ad-hoc Pre-Job Planning (TGSM, JSA, etc.), and promote a healthybehavioral and conditional based observation reporting culture
- Report HES Events and perform initial investigations (as necessary) to understand occurrences leading up to eventsand determine root causes to prevent reoccurrence
- Facilitate Tier I Audits with a digital platform
- Engage with personnel onsite, utilizing safety leadership principles, to improve safety culture, identify hazards, andmitigate to as low as reasonably practical.
Skills / Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required/ Associate or Four Year Degree Preferred
- Certified Optical Gas Imaging Thermographer (optional, training can be provided by Marathon)
- Understanding of Health, Environment and Safety as it relates to the Oil and Gas Industry
- Valid Drivers License
- Travel within assigned field area of New Town and Dunn Center, North Dakota
- Using technical skill set to complete other tasks as required
- 7/7 12hr shift
