Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage a Professional Shop: Organize parts purchases, parts inventory, tools, repairs, and maintenance activities through work orders via a professional shop software. Run shop to maintain maximum up time of equipment.
Service and Maintain Equipment: Set a schedule and run an organized and well thought out maintenance program. Execute on seasonal workflow to meet the needs of the business.
Manage Staff to Repair/Maintain Equipment: Train and Manage staff to execute on work orders on time as assigned.
Maintain a safe, clean and organized shop

The Right Candidate Will:

Be a Hands-On Team Leader
Thrive in training people on processes
Aspire to be part of a company making an impact in the industry
Have previous experience as a shop foreman/supervisor
Demonstrate strong execution track record
Have the ability to multi-task

Minimum Qualifications:

Required: 3-5 years shop foreman/supervisor experience
Required: Class C Drivers License with the ability to attain a Missouri's chauffeur's endorsement within 6 months of hire
Required: Bilingual in Spanish and English
Preferred: Shop software experience a plus, specifically Fleetio
