Operators perform tasks involving heavy equipment operation and manual labor on construction sites. Some duties include fusing HDPE pipe, running an excavator, driving a haul truck, checking grade, and any other manual labor as needed.

Requirements
2+ years experience and knowledge of operating excavators, dozers and loaders
Travel for extended periods of time, +/- 6 weeks at a time
Work long hours
Able to walk long distances and on steeply sloped uneven terrain
Ability to do heavy, manual work
Must be able to lift 100 lbs
Work in extreme (hot and cold) weather conditions safely
Operate site vehicles and equipment, including pickup trucks, and smaller equipment
Perform assigned duties in a safe manner
Excellent communication skills
Work well in a team
Exceptional work ethic and time management

Not required but preferred
HDPE pipe and fusing experience a plus but not required
