Our Heavy Duty Mechanics are some of the best in the world. A typical day would see you fault finding on a Cat D11, conducting an overhaul on a EX5600, either way, we give you the resources and the opportunities to expand your knowledge on a variety of equipment.

Skill and Experience Requirements:
Senior Mechanical skills directly related to the mining industry for 5 or more years required
Ability to travel for a minimum of 2 weeks at a time required
Prior exposure to mining equipment such as CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr
Experience with machine rebuilds, overhauls and major component replacement
Familiarity with CAT SIS and ET or similar programs
Desired Equipment Experience
CAT 793, 797, 789, D10/D11, 24H/M
Komatsu 830, 930, 960, PC4000, PC5500
Hitachi EX5500, EX5600, EX8000
Sandvik / Epiroc / Atlas Copco surface rock drills
Terex / CAT / P&H / O&K / Hitachi - Rope Shovels/Diggers/ Draglines
Pay
