Culbert Construction Inc. is a heavy Civil and infrastructure General Contractor that has been successfully contracting in the Eastern Washington for 24 years. We are looking for General Laborers to join our team. Below are our following requirements.

Must be proficient at the following

Willing to learn, honest, hardworking, Strong

Showing up to work ready to succeed at tasks at hand

Prolonged but rewarding physical labor able to lift to 80#

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to

Shoveling, raking, compacting minor equipment operating

Work safely by yourself and with others.

Good driving record

Great attitude, team focused, helpful, willingness to mentor others

Reporting needs to management

Temperament and experience Requirements

Team first attitude

At least two years' experience laboring laying pipe etc

Municipal Road Reconstruct.

Infrastructure upgrade installing new water, sewer, storm mains and laterals

New construction (Subdivision)

Experience working around existing utility's

Reading and interrupting plans and specs a plus

Work safely by yourself and with others

A great team first attitude

Five years in employment in this capacity

Must be proficient in reading plans and specs

Driving Requirements

Clean driving record
CDL is a plus.

Compensation

$20-$30 PH + Prevailing wage
