Would you like to join an early stage HealthTech start-up where you will play a key role in building/managing a team as well as produce high value code. This revolutionary HealthTech is the first of its kind by providing a platform which combines sales and Healthcare. This platform is the first software driven platform for healthcare.

They are now looking for a Head of Engineering to join their small but growing team. You will be working directly with the CEO to help build the engineering team and enhance their brand portal. From responsibilities which will excel your leadership skills, to an impressive benefits package, this is an excellent and rewarding opportunity for a hands-on Head of Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• 70% managing: 30% coding
• Lead hiring processes for Senior Fullstack Engineers and built out your own team
• Collaborate with CEO on technical strategy and timeline for the near and late future
• Have a key input on the exploration and innovation of new ideas and technologies
• Continually apply software development best practices, design patterns, tools and technologies to enhance the brand portal

Requirements:

• 10+ years' experience in software development
• Either have experience leading a team of engineers OR you are an experienced Individual Contributor who is excited by this opportunity and ready to get stuck in
• Experience at a HealthTech is a bonus
• Experience working at a high-growth start up is a bonus
