A locally owned family business is searching for a Handyman for their apartment complexes around Omaha. This is someone who can tear down and rebuild anything from a wall, deck, countertop really anything in a house. We are looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and making repairs.

Handyman Pay:
$23 per hour

Handyman Hours:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Handyman Responsibilities:
-Repair, prep and maintain apartment community, e.g. plumbing, drywall, tiling, carpentry and minor electrical work
-Complete work orders in a timely fashion and categorize them by urgency
-Remodel apartments according to blueprints
-Troubleshoot all work orders
-Knowledgeable in carpentry

Handyman Qualifications:
-2 years of carpentry experience
-Experience with home repairs and remodels
-HVAC experience is a plus but not required
