The Smoothbar is a busy, fun, team focused environment. We only hire stylists with a great attitude, energy, and the desire to grow. We specialize in smoothing treatments like, Keratin Treatments and Brazilian Blowouts.
We will train you,so no experience with smoothing treatments needed. We're committed to helping stylists grow in their careers. We also encourage our stylists to grow their side cut & color business through referrals from our steady stream of clients.
Guaranteed hourly wages plus tips AND commissions.
We also offer paid vacation, Aflac, and 401k savings with matching 3%.

• Be able to provide an over the top client experience
• Must meet scheduling requirements
• Must have a valid cosmetology license for the state of CA
• Have the desire to provide exceptional service
• Have strong communication skills
• Be driven and motivated
• Must be reliable
• Have the ability to work with and be a part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $175.00 - $260.00 per day
