This Guest Service Representative position supports our Four Points by Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center in Norwood, MA!

Responsibilities:

The PM Guest Service Representative is responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel by accomplishing performance objectives covering the front desk. The GSR represents the brand as all guests enter the hotel. Provide our guests/customers with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, meeting and then exceeding the needs of others whenever possible. Must be able to think on your feet to solve guest problems, and have an ability for managing inquiries in connection with high-speed Internet service, telephone and, hotel services, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions and more. Able to work Afternoon/Evening shifts.

Qualifications:
  • Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role.
  • Must be flexible/able to multitask
  • Experience with hotel reservations software, like LightSpeed, Marsha, Empower and Dorma Kaba for guest keys preferred.
  • Great customer service attitude. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Bilingual a plus
  • Reliable, Punctual and Positive attitude
