My client is a well-know full service casual restaurant that has locations Globally. They provide excellent dining services to all guests. They are looking for an GSM to join this Franchisees growing team.
The Role:
Responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations
Ensuring that all food and service standards are met or exceeded
Ensuring all policies and procedures are properly trained
Assisting with hiring and training of new team members
Any administrative and managerial functions
The Person:
3+ years of experience in a Front of House Managerial level role
6 years of experience working in a full-service restaurant environment
Outgoing personality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A team player that works well in a fast-paced environment
