• Develop and implement digital user journeys to increase engagement, referrals, lead conversion, and customer retention
• Create the digital marketing strategy (social, CRM, SEO/SEM, digital content) to drive conversions
• Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness to improve results
• Manage external agency partners

The Background That Fits

• 3+ years of experience in a B2C, digital marketing role at a high-growth or start-up organization is required
• Franchise experience is preferred
• Experience with marketing analytics and conversation rate optimization is required
• Experience with digital and physical touchpoints within the consumer journey - web, email, SMS, direct mail is required
• Previous experience managing a team is required
• Preferred experience with Tableau, SQL, and analytics tools
